Amy Welsh began OverBaked Bakery at the end of 2016 in her very own kitchen. It all started with the idea of a food truck serving coffee and beignets. The taste of a freshly fried beignet and a nice cup of coffee is like tasting chocolate for the first time, or your favorite candy or meal for the very first time. And then knowing you spent $8 for that sort of makes your stomach flip. I want to be able to bring everyone the best tasting coffee/espresso and the best desserts I can come up with for a fraction of the price you would pay anywhere else! AND it is all portable! You can get it and go, Go, GO! Yes, this is STILL a very BIG goal of mine that I hope to one day accomplish! But for now, practice makes perfect!!

What I do now is work from home. I take orders about a week in advance and since this is a small business, I do take CASH ONLY or CASHAPP. I do however collect a deposit/payment ONE WEEK before the delivery/order date! It doesn't matter what you order, it can be anything from pastries to cupcakes to cakes and brownies and many more! I will work to perfect the recipe and then make a batch for YOU! I am ALWAYS up for the challenge! So BRING IT ON! It can either be delivered or picked up, whichever is more convenient for the customer!

Amy is a 31 year old outdoor enthusiast who has a passion for baking and sweets. Not only does she love the challenge of baking, but the smell of the cupcakes/sweets baking in the oven, the serenity that comes with the happy faces and full bellies of all your friends, family, and customers. It really is the little things that make everything worth it. The long hours and the practice and planning and cleaning it all up in the end....all that "little" stress disappears as soon as you see your customer take that first bite or sip! The expression of gratitude, relaxation, euphoria, the heavenly scent of sweetness and love. And I do mean love! All this food, this delicious sweet heavenly goodness that you are about to indulge in, is ALL baked with LOVE!
